Jacob Perry
Jacob is the founder of Everpine Landscaping and a proud resident of Colorado Springs. With over 10 years of experience in customer-service-based fields, Jacob has built a strong foundation in hard work, reliability, and putting people first. After noticing a lack of landscaping companies in the area that were not only affordable but also trustworthy and easy to work with, he set out to create something better. That vision became Everpine—a company focused on delivering high-quality, honest landscaping services with a friendly, down-to-earth approach. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys off-roading in his old Jeep Cherokee and exploring new places throughout Colorado, always finding inspiration in the natural beauty around him. He's committed to bringing clients not just great results, but a great experience from start to finish.

Kaitlyn Perry
Kaitlyn Perry is a lifelong Colorado Springs resident and brings a deep love for the local community to everything she does. Married to Jacob since 2023, she plays an important role in both the heart and creative vision of Everpine Landscaping. As a first-grade teacher, Kaitlyn is passionate about helping others grow—whether in the classroom or through her artistic contributions to the business. She’s a naturally gifted artist, with talents ranging from crochet and painting to graphic design, adding a thoughtful and creative touch to Everpine’s branding and visual identity. When she’s not teaching or crafting, Kaitlyn enjoys exploring the outdoors with Jacob and drawing inspiration from the beauty around her. Her creativity and lifelong connection to Colorado Springs help make Everpine feel both personal and professional.
